Awesome Crafts Store charges a flat rate of US$3.00 for any quantity of items shipped to a single address. All items are sent tracking service through Singapore Post. We use tracking service with Singapore Post for delivery. And a tracking number can be provided upon request.
We mail from Monday to Friday, except public holidays from Singapore - South East Asia. We dispatch your parcel within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Based on our experience with customers from different parts of the world, the durations in arrival of parcels differ with different countries.

- Returns & Replacements
- We send our customers quality products. If it doesn't pass our stringent checks, it'll not get into the mail. If for whatever reason, you were not satisfied with the product, kindly write to us within three (3) days of receiving your item. Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we will refund the total price of the item once we receive the item in return. Please note that postage and packaging charges are not refundable and the items must be in unused and unopened condtion.

Upon checkout at Awesome Crafts Store, you will be directed to Paypal’s secure site for payment and will be redirected back to us after completing your payment.
- Viewing Orders. Log into your account.
- To keep track of when and what you have ordered, log into your account, using your email address and you'll have access into 'My Dashboad' which shows your recent orders.
- Updating Account Information
- Log into your account using your email address and password. Update your new information.
